NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNTS

 

The instructions below are a self-help guide for creating your OFFICIAL NYCDOE Student account.  Please note that The High School of Art & Design will NOT be using the @artanddesignhs.org email accounts moving forward.  

 

To create your @nycstudents.net account, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Student Account Self Service

2. Enter your 9-digit OSIS number (You can find your Student ID number on a report card, your student ID card, or in your NYCSA account.)

3. Enter your birthday

4. Click Continue

5. If the information you entered matches your student record, your username will be displayed

6. Your student ID is your username followed by @nycstudents.net.  For example, if your username is JaneD, your student account ID is JaneD@nycstudents.net.

7. Set up a password if you haven’t already.

   1. Pick a password only you will know

   2. Re-enter your password.

   3. Click Update password.

 

Visit TeachHub

Use your DOE account to sign into TeachHub which provides quick links to:

• G Suite, Microsoft O365, and Zoom (using secure central accounts)

• Student report cards (available in the Student Documents icon)

• Multiple educational applications
